Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an account on sb028, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. sb028 enforces a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to request age-verification documents at any time.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) capable of entering into a legally binding contract under applicable law.

sb028 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any existing account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that an eligibility requirement has not been or is no longer satisfied, without obligation to provide detailed reasons.

Each individual may hold a maximum of one (1) registered account on sb028. Opening duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds or bonuses contained therein.

During registration, you are required to provide a valid username, password, and accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. sb028 will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

sb028 reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive (no login or transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months, after providing reasonable notice to the registered contact method. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the member via the original deposit method prior to account closure.

All account transactions on sb028 are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). sb028 does not charge currency conversion fees; however, members are responsible for any fees imposed by their own financial institution or payment provider.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include local bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and Bank Permata, as well as Indonesian digital wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. sb028 does not accept deposits from, or process withdrawals to, accounts or payment methods held in the name of a third party. All funds deposited into a member's account must originate from a source owned and controlled by the registered account holder. Any funds identified as originating from a third party may be frozen pending investigation and may be returned to the originating source.

In the event that a payment is reversed, charged back, or otherwise recalled by the originating financial institution after funds have been credited to a member's account, sb028 reserves the right to deduct the corresponding amount from the member's current balance and to suspend the account pending investigation.

sb028 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible members from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian calendar events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions on sb028 unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• sb028 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend its terms, or cancel a bonus already credited to an account where there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or manipulation.
